My research interests include the internationalization of higher education, youth empowerment/activism/agency/social justice, climate change, and environmental justice.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the International Education Policy program at the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, College Park (Ï㽶ÊÓƵ). I hold an M.A. in International Education Policy from Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, a Bachelor of Education in Linguistics and Literature, and a Diploma (Minor) in International Studies from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. I am a former Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) for Swahili at the University of Pittsburgh.
